This Top Coat with a matte effect formulated based on light-curing molecules, which catalyzes in UV or LED lamps. It provides excellent sealing and an extraordinary matte effect.

How to use: After applying the color, apply a stretched layer of the matt top coat and cure for 60sec in LED or 120sec in UV. Then degrease with the Cleaner.

Tip: For an even more matte effect, apply two coats of KELLY K SPEED GEL TOP COAT MATTE and apply the Kelly K Polishing Block lightly and always in the same direction.
