OPI Nail Top and Base Coats are designed for strong, healthy nails. They are products that provide manicures, from start to finish, with correct layers and bases.

How to use: after cleaning and drying the nails, apply OPI Base Coat, making a stroke in the center and then one on each side along the length of the nail. Apply a second coat. Between one layer and another, apply varnish in the color of your choice. Lasts up to seven days.
