Manic Panic Mixer is a cream used to mix with Manic Panic colors, in order to obtain new and original tones, from the lightest to pastel tones.

How to use: To create your own color, place a generous amount of Manic Mixer/Pastel-Izer in a bowl and gradually add the Manic Panic color you want to lighten/apply. It can be used with both the classic formula and the amplified formula.
