Extracted from lemon peel, Anadia's Lemon Essential Oil is a natural product with multiple benefits for the skin and well-being.

How to use: For external use only and always diluted. Use between 3 and 7 drops depending on the use and the desired aroma intensity. However, as it is photosensitive (possibility of causing spots or irritations on the skin if the area where it was applied is exposed to the sun), it must be diluted before applying it to the skin and a sensitivity test is recommended before the first use.

Note: Essential oils can be used in several ways, such as through massages, diluted in oils and creams or through steam inhalation, using a diffuser or adding a few drops to hot water.

Aromatherapy should be used with caution and, preferably, guided by a qualified professional, who can check the contraindications, doses and best ways to use essential oils. Some essential oils may be photosensitive (possibility of causing stains or irritation on the skin if the area where it was applied is exposed to the sun).

Some precautions must be taken when using essential oils, do not ingest them, do not put them directly on the skin and eyes.
