Valquer Decoblue Vplex Bleaching Powder

Valquer Decoblue is a bleaching powder incorporating advanced VPlex technology. Lightens up to six shades, but also repairs disulfide bonds and revitalizes the hair fiber during the bleaching process.

The active ingredient Vplex, with its cysteines in dimer form (cystine), strengthens and illuminates the hair without altering the color, resulting in revitalized strands and repaired hair cuticles.

How to use: For every 40 g of bleaching powder, use 60 ml of 20, 30 or 40 volume oxidizing emulsion. Prepare the homogeneous mixture in a non-metallic container. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. The exposure time is 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the natural base of the hair and the desired result. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wash your hair completely.
